Acne Routine

- AM Regimen -

Step 1Gentle Acne CleanserApply Cleanser over wet face and work into lather. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Step 2tingl  PadsWipe gently over face and neck area using circular motions and avoiding contact with eyes and lips. Do not rinse. Tighten cap on jar after use to prevent pads from dying out.
Step 3SPF ProtectionApply to face and neck, avoiding eye area. Wait at least 30 minutes prior to sun exposure.

So far so good...

I'm 37 and have struggled with hormonal acne all my life but most especially since I turned 30. Embarrassingly, I have never been able to make it past the purge phase with any system up to this point. Resorted to spironolactone for 6 years until stopping last year. I have had the same cystic bumps on my chin for over 6months at this point. New Years Res - get my face in order. I've been using for 5 days 1x per day (at night) as I'm prone to drying. The purge started immediately (thankful). Day 5 I've worked my way through half of the usual bumps - popped and now scabbed and healing. The redness I initially experienced has faded. I'm committed to seeing this through and will give this system a full 3 months before bailing (if it works I won't bail ever!). I have faith based on my first 5 days. Amazing Products!
