You can earn points in a variety of ways! Points are earned by making purchases, following us on our social media sites, submitting product reviews, referring friends and more! The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits. Best of all, your points do not expire, so you can save them and redeem them whenever you're ready!

Members will automatically earn points on their subscription orders.

Make sure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Rewards can now be applied to website promotions.

No, once you reach a tier you do not lose status when you redeem points and fall below the tier threshold.

Your tier will expire 12 months after it is reached if you do not earn the respective amount of points. For example, if you reach the Elite Tier on December 29th, 2023 you have until December 29th 2024 to earn a minimum of 1000 points to maintain your status.

If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.

As a Rose Gold or Elite member, your "Surprise Reward" may include bonus points, a gift card, or other special rewards. These surprises are our way of thanking you and ensuring you get the most from your membership! To receive your special Rose Gold and Elite Tier reward details, you must be subscribed to our emails. These details will arrive sometime during your status year via email.

If you were referred by someone to DRMTLGY you will need to spend a minimum of $20 in order to claim your reward.
