As someone who has struggled with blackheads and large pores, and also has sensitive skin its been very difficult for me to find any product that will not dry me out and make me flake. I have tried other low dose salicylic acid cleansers but all were too harsh. This one is good so far, but I am using it every other day. Winter is cold and dry where I live so I might use it every day during the hot and humid summer.

Cleared my skin significantly!

I’ve been on a journey with my skin ever since I got off birth control. I tried every cleanser, treatment, etc and nothing seemed to touch my acne. I did a deep dive and found Drmtlgy and bought this cleanser and the Water Crème moisturizer. After a month, I saw significant changes in my skin…my acne was calmer, cystic pimples were at bay. To find something that actually works after spending over a two years with no results has been life changing. I’m 27, have super fair sensitive skin and this cleanser is so gentle and honestly feels refreshing and cooling when you rinse it off. 10/10, I will continue to use. The sizing is also great for the price!!!

My go-to cleanser

This cleanser is my go-to cleanser. I like it better than the other cleansers out there, think cerave etc. It is light, yet creamy and leaves my skin feeling smooth and super clean.

Love this cleanser!

I switched from the Gentle Foaming Cleanser to the Gentle Acne Cleanser and it was a welcomed switch! The consistency is nice and it foams up well! There’s is a bit of a cooling effect that feels nice too! A little bit goes a long way, so this will last me a while!

Favorite after long search

I’ve been dealing with a lot of postpartum breakouts. I’ve tried multiple cleansers and even soap and they all seemed to irritate my skin or not work and make things worse. I’ve used Thai for a week and the turn around of my skin is amazing. I have my husband using it now.
