I have finally found the perfect spray!

Lavender scent but not overwhelming

I'll try anything to improve my sleep, and I really like this lavender spray. It's subtle, so I don't feel like I've sprayed my pillow with air freshener. I can't say that it helps me fall asleep faster, but I enjoy the fragrance. I can't smell it when I wake up in the morning, which I don't mind (natural products shouldn't hang around that long).
